Wine Book Recommendations
I think I love reading about wine, almost as much as I love drinking it. For me, I just absorb all the knowledge like a sponge and I just can’t get enough of it!
These are some of the wine books I’ve collected over the past couple of years which I recommend!
Wine and War - fabulous heart wrenching read for anyone who's serious about wine to understand some history and context of french wine.
The Oxford Companion To Wine - a great resource for WSET diploma and general reference resource
The World Atlas of Wine - literally my go-to for all the tastings I host and great WSET diploma resource
Wine Growing in Great Britain - something I’ve started using for my MSc and a great aid to vineyard management
Wine Trails - the best read for daydreaming about wine travel and recommends some great vineyards to visit
English Wine - a lovely book containing tons of the vineyards in the U.K. (just gotta get through them all now 🤣)
Amber Revolution - just added this a few days ago and have been tearing through it for my orange wine assessment. Tons of beautiful pictures as well
Understanding Wine Technology - perfect for my MSc and getting more detail on winery processes
Which Wine When - a gorgeous book that’s a super accessible reference guide and also read to food and wine pairings
